Susan: All recalled him openly.Fiona: You mean tendencies to eccentricity and irascibility?
Susan: Typically beginning with how he wanted to give and teach. Taking anyone sailing with him.
Fiona: But then shouting at them if someone didn’t put on a life jacket or if there was a change in the wind.
Susan: All said, he was a great father and grandfather. Taking the kids to school. Playing chess.
Fiona: But he didn’t talk about his affections. He demonstrated.
