Stefan: It was a personal pilgrimage project today. Visited a waterwheel by bicycle.
Sofia: Sounds rustic. Deep country?
Stefan: Not at all. Just along the river path.
Sofia: Working?
Stefan: Now a museum. Sat there for a bit. Remembered passing through Hama back in the 80s, watched the norias there turning and groaning and droning. Very ghostly sounds.

Voice-over
This waterwheel was used for milling and is now a respected, protected and silent artifact with a museum built around it. It is situated on the Nogawa, a more peaceful river than the Orontes at Hama, where thousands were massacred in 1982.
