If there were to be rules for
writing film reviews in haiku, we could expect: (1) setting the scene, (2) reporting
the event, (3) describing the outcome. Or in haiku form…
Film reveals location,
A conflict is followed by
A resolution.
In traditional haiku the
location is a peaceful scene, the event is physical action, change occurs.
An old pond.
A frog jumps.
Sound of water.
Sites that do…
Movie reviews…
Through haiku…
An experiment
But in some cases, less IS less.
More might be better.
