Tai chi metaphors

Following the leader:
.
Guru: Lift the ball. Push down so the water all comes out. Breathe out.
.
Acolyte: Whoosh.
.
Guru: Next, riding the horse. Buttocks down. Hands on thighs.
.
Acolyte: Clop clop.
.
Guru: Quiet. Now, the arrow pose. Left arm stretch, two fingers up, pull back the right arm.
.
Acolyte: Whizz.
.
Guru: Dont speak. Now, this is the eagle. Arms up as wings, then swoop down, feet are talons. Good. Tomorrow well learn how to stand on our hands and shoot an arrow with our feet.
